Our Approach to Safety and Quality
Our approach to safety and quality doesn’t change whether we are delivering our own project works or supplying labour only services to our clients.

All new resources have to pass our 3-stage onboarding process led by our internal management team, including a face-to-face screening session and detailed review of previous experience.

All resources are assigned an internal management coordinator (within the competency management team) and supervisory representative (with relevant delivery experience and background) who conduct an initial 3-month and subsequent annual 12-month appraisal.

To ensure continuous improvement, we undertake 6-monthly client feedback sessions undertaken by senior management team with client account leads.
